Product Description

    Digital display box type high temperature ash furnace, also known as muffle furnace, can be used for chemical analysis, physical determination and general small steel heat treatment in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutes. 
 

Features

     The shell of this series of electric furnace is made of thin steel plate by flapping welding and drawing, and the inner lining is rectangular integral lining made of silicon carbide refractory material.  The heating element made of helical iron chrome aluminum alloy wire is threaded into the upper, lower, left and right grooves of the inner furnace lining.  The furnace is sealed structure. The furnace mouth brick and door brick are made of light refractory material. The insulation layer between the furnace and the shell is made of refractory fiber and expanded perlite products.  The appearance is made of cold plate processing, and the surface is bright and smooth with electrostatic spraying.
