The shell of this series of electric furnace is made of thin steel plate by flapping welding and drawing, and the inner lining is rectangular integral lining made of silicon carbide refractory material. The heating element made of helical iron chrome aluminum alloy wire is threaded into the upper, lower, left and right grooves of the inner furnace lining. The furnace is sealed structure.
